A new method to predict temperature distribution on a tube at constant heat flux

Surface temperature distribution on a tube is one of the main factors affecting calculation heat transfer coefficient calculation. When an electric heater heats tube, magnetic flux generated that affects thermocouples readings; therefore, efficient fitting technique needed to represent these readings. This work proposes interpolated spline method mathematically experimental data thermal with flux. Linear regression was compared double linear interpolation process optimization algorithm and cubic curve proposed problem. The results show can highly improve curve. Consequently, gives better surface estimation for average temperature. points segments are chosen by algorithm, which particle swarm optimization, in way provides more minor errors.
